XPJ的前身是1994年成立的“南京通波广播电视研究所”。公司以研制生产各种广播电视发射天线、电视、调频双工器、多工器、电动开关板、天馈线XPJ检测系统为主的现代化高新技术公司，并与南京大型研究所合作生产广播电视发射系列产品，依靠一批技术过硬的高科技人才、国内先进的机械加工设备、精密的检测仪器、严格的质量管理体系，生产的产品遍布全国三十多个省市电视台、广播电台。使之成为我国较大的专业生产广播电视发射天线、多工器的厂家之一。

The predecessor of Nanjing Zhongru Broadcasting and Television Equipment Co., Ltd. was the "Nanjing Tongbo Broadcasting and Television Research Institute" established in 1994.
